For the past 9 days, I have been a guest at the REGUA lodge. REGUA is a non-profit that purchases land around the Guapiaçu River and (re)forests it. Additionally, they encourage and facilitate research and education. Their primary goal is to guarantee water storage and biodiversity. They own areas ranging from 35 to 2,000 meters in altitude, and their land is growing steadily as they receive donations through their English charity. Today's photos are from a walk around the small lakes on their property.
